Haany Bano offers complimentary 2 Day Priority Shipping for all domestic orders. All orders are shipped from New Jersey. Orders placed after 3pm EST weekdays or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order, depending on the time the order was placed and the time the transit was initiated.
Expedited Shipping Options
We offer express 1 Day Priority shipping at checkout for all orders within the United States. Our expedited shipping is handled through the United States Postal service. All orders must be placed before 3pm EST for next day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next day.
Returns on U.S. orders
To return your new and unused shoes, place them in their original undamaged shoe box in the shipping box your order came in, and mail them back to:

Used or worn shoes will not be accepted for return. Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers or soles, have any dirt, scuff marks or wrinkles.
Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you. To guarantee that your shoes stay new, we recommend trying them on in a clean and carpeted area, and never remove the sole protector until you are confident that you will keep the shoes.
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.
It will take 5–7 business days for your return to be administered. The full amount will be credited back to your original form of payment.
It can take up to 15 business days from the time the return is processed for it to appear on your bank statement. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
International Shipping
International orders are non-refundable and ship from the United States. We offer Priority Mail International from USPS. Priority Mail International is calculated based on destination and can take 6-10 days to arrive.
International shipments can also take time to clear international customs in their destination country. We do not take responsibility for the taxes and duties any shipment is subjected to by the destination country.

We are unable to automatically process an exchange. Please follow the return process and place a new order at your convenience.
